My interest in food began at the early age of about 3 – as soon as I could digest most food groups. My parents had restaurants and so I was always told to eat everything on my plate and would have dinner at least 2 times a week in the restaurant so that we would get to eat with my dad at work. Fast forward 25 years and I now have my own hospitality social media company and love to blog about food, eating out and of cooking.
Sometimes the best dinners at made at home and trying to eat healthily can be a challenge with so much processed and poor quality food in restaurants today.
