My interest in food began at the early age of about 3 – as soon as I could digest most food groups. My parents had restaurants and so I was always told to eat everything on my plate and would have dinner at least 2 times a week in the restaurant so that we would get to eat with my dad at work. Fast forward 25 years and I now have my own hospitality social media company and love to blog about food, eating out and of cooking.

Sometimes the best dinners at made at home and trying to eat healthily can be a challenge with so much processed and poor quality food in restaurants today. In January 2014 my boyfriend and I decided to go gluten free so you will find recipes here to help you try it out and also where the best places to eat out are.

  1. Good Afternoon,

My name is Maxwell Mckenzie and i have a ‘pop up’ restaurant that operates in Reigate at the Vintage Tea House, Church street. I have previously worked for Marcus Wareing for the past four years, as well as Fergus Henderson and Gordon Ramsay at the original Petrus.

I have recently started staging my ‘pop up’ restaurants in Reigate and have now got 8 under my belt and would love someone such as yourself to come along and try it!

    Thank you,
